We paid twice as much as we budgeted for and we are so glad we did because the finished product is worth every cent. We were fooling ourselves on price and having watched the team work flat out for a week I can’t begin to imagine how others would have done it for less, let alone just one or two guys. We will enjoy our bathroom for decades to come, the quality of the work and finish is first class. Sam and Rocco and his team worked like robots, flat out the whole time. They all introduced themselves, shook my hand and went to work; a nice way to begin having four strangers in your home for a week. Sam was awesome; from turning up for the initial consultation and quote (many never did), turning up on time (see previous aside) and giving us what we were promised and paid for. We used to have an ancient, grotty, very embarrassing bathroom; now we have a sleek, modern and functional unit we drag friends in off the street and make them poo! OK, I’m exaggerating but we are so glad we chose Sam. Yes, he was more than other quotes but he was the only guy who actually turned up and quoted on the spot! He also ‘upsold’ us to a change in layout and it was worth every cent of the few extra grand it cost… and then some. The bathroom is such a crucial part of the home, don’t cut corners, don’t go with the cheapest quote. Go with the value, the quality and Upgrade!
